(Los Angeles, CA) – July 11, 2016 – Los Angeles based Relativity School, a film and performing arts college/university announced it has awarded its annual $25,000 scholarship to Chloe Ann Abbott of Hooksett, New Hampshire. The announcement was made last night (10) at the star-studded, sold-out, Tremaine 35th Annual Convention Gala in Orlando, FL. Special celebrity guests included Dance Legend Chita Rivera and TV Legend Florence Henderson.

Chloe AbbotThe award recipient was selected by Joe Tremaine, one of the most influential dance personalities in the country today, from five finalists presented by the Relativity School Review Committee.

The scholarship is presented once per calendar year to a Freshman dancer /choreographer who demonstrates powerfully connected stories through dance.

Abbott, who resides in Hooksett, NH, is a unique and versatile dancer with training in all genres with a particularly strong ballet background. She has studied at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School in New York as well as The Rock School in Philadelphia and the New Hampshire School of Ballet. She began dancing professionally at six and has won numerous awards at regional and national competitions. She has also worked as a teacher’s assistant for convention Master Classes.

Chloe Ann will immediately re-locate to Los Angeles to continue her training.
