The Maxximus, harnessing over 1,600 horsepower, is being offered for sale to collectors and car enthusiasts worldwide. Three new World Records were set by the Maxximus G-Force while driven by the car’s designer Marlon Kirby, at the Rockingham, NC Raceway on Oct. 7, 2008:
The Maxximus G-Force car features a body style that can handle the highest G-forces for a car in its class. The G-force is what a car creates when it travels in a circle and under heavy acceleration or deceleration. About a dozen people with different specializations worked on the Maxximus G-Force’s proprietary secret design over a period of two years, in places spanning the globe, from the U.K. to California, Indiana, Virginia, and Maryland. Philanthropist, businessman and entrepreneur David Bruce McMahan financed the building and design of the Maxximus G-Force, resulting from his and Kirby’s shared desire and dream of owning a one-of-a-kind car that was unique, street legal and a record breaker. Kirby met McMahan while working as a chauffeur, driving McMahan from his private jet to his home in Indianapolis. Impressed by Kirby’s enthusiasm and new ideas, McMahan invested in Maxximus Technologies, founded by Kirby, to make the Maxximus G Force car a reality.
